Additionally, warranty coverage is void if the site conditions do not meet the recommended operating standards, if the original serial number is removed, altered, or obliterated, or if defects arise due to uncontrollable causes such as lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God, or damage during transit to the service center or purchaser’s residence. The warranty also excludes external accessories (such as batteries, cables, or carrying bags), dust appearing on the television panel after 10 days of use as mentioned in the operating manual, and cosmetic parts.
